SUMMARY -
This
study
evaluated
the
possibility
of
clinical
application
of
medical
ozone
to
decrease
the
recurrence
of
fallopian
tube
adhesion
and
to
improve
the
pregnancy
rate.
All
45
patients
were
divided
into
two
groups,
17
cases
in
the
control
group
were
treated
only
by
interventional
tubal
recanalization
and
28
cases
in
the
treatment
group
were
infused
medical
ozone
after
recanalization.
All
cases
were
investigated
six
months
later.
The
pregnancy
rates
and
postoperative
tubal
adhesive
rates
were
42.86%
and
7.14%
respectively
in
the
treatment
group,
while
in
the
control
group
they
were
29.41%
and
26.47%
respectively
(p<0.05).
Application
of
medical
ozone
can
improve
the
pregnancy
rate
and
decrease
recurrence
of
fallopian
tube
adhesion.
