SUMMARY - 703 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated by percutaneous injection of an O2-O3 mixture under DSA fluoroscopic guidance in our department from November 2000 to January 2008. The satisfactory therapeutic efficacy was achieved by implementing a nursing strategy including, preoperative and postoperative nursing, postoperative observation and rehabilitation guidance.
